Akira is a proud Puerto Rican sata: 100% island-made, 0% pedigree paperwork, and the only member of our team who has never once asked for a raise.

As our Chief Barketing Officer, she runs office morale, performs quality control on every treat that walks through the door, and greets clients with a tail wag that has closed more hearts than any listing ever will. Her specialties include napping in the one sunny spot in the office, detecting the mail carrier from three blocks away, and evaluating properties strictly by backyard size.

She speaks fluent Spanish, understands English when food is involved, and has never lost a staring contest. Her commission? Paid in belly rubs.
