Condado is San Juan’s most walkable neighborhood. It runs along Ashford Avenue, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon, with restaurants, cafés, boutiques, hotels and the beach all within a few blocks. Old San Juan is a few minutes west, and the airport is about 15 minutes away.

Most homes are condominiums, from older mid-rise buildings to luxury high-rises with ocean or lagoon views, plus a limited number of single-family homes on the quieter streets.
